How to make homemade crested gecko diet?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a replacement for CGD and yes i will still feed CGD 3 times a week and this mixture 3 times a week so they still get the vitamins from the crested gecko gecko diet. Please know what you are talking about because this is for my baby crested geckos safety if you have gotten this homemade CGD recipe offline please put the link in your answer. Thank you
