Open heart surgery doctors in chennei?

i had mitral valvotomy done in 2001 and now the valve requires replacement. my doctor says that i need open heart surgery to replace the valve whose area is now 0.7 against a minimum of 1. 1 am 31 years old and may you please quote me the price for the operation.
