I can't install my need for speed 2 unleashed game into my laptop..?

after thousands of time im trying to install it,at last i did it..but,when i try to run the game..numerous of 'something' is not installed..it says,try to re-installing it to overcome this situation..or something like that..please help me..i want to play this game badly..
