Well, taking more than the prescribed dose was really stupid. You're going to be sick for a couple of days now. You'll be fine, just keep rehydrating and try some banana, toast and rice. You're going to want to take it easy on your bowels for a few days. Don't do that again, you can do damage to your bowel.
