AR15 Handguard mid-length quad rail suggestions?

I am looking to spend under 200 dollars, and closer to 100 if I can for a solid AR15 mid length quad rail that does not free float. Simple two piece replacement that is solid. Are there any polimer ones? I am not intersted in Magpul.
