ATI radeon HD 4350 512mb vs Foxconn 7950gt 512 mb?

I just bought a 7950 gt at a real good price. I was wondering if it would be a good replacement for an ati radeon hd 4350, they're both at 512 mb. I know the 4350 wasn't meant for games, but I've been using it, with decent graphics on some newer games. Thanks
