COLLEGE ADVICE PLEASe?

I applied to Uconn and got accepted to the Storrs Campus (main campus) liberal arts college for Economics with a half scholarship....I also applied to NYU, Fordham, Boston University, University of Rochester however none of those universities have made a decision yet. Is Uconn and good school for economics. Will an undergraduate degree from there make me competetive for a top law school or business graduate school. Otherwise can you land GREAT not just average jobs with a degree from uconn?
