Virtual Family Kingdom - BANNED IP ADDRESS FOR EMAILING THEM?

OMG has anybody else out there had problems with this so called "Family" oriented company. I have never in all my years run across a company as unprofessional and non customer oriented than this one. I paid $50 for my daughters account several years ago with the promise she would get a T-Shirt and a boomerang (I think). Well never got either. She has tried calling them off and on through the years and so have I. Finally the other day I emailed them a matter-of-fact email. I did not use ANY bad/foul language. I only said that for a company that goes around saying how family oriented they are that I really appreciate them teaching my daughter that you can't trust anyone when it comes to the internet. They had promised her for 2 years now she would get a T-Shirt and they never sent one, apologized, offered refund, replacement -NOTHING. Well 2 days after sending the email our IP address has been banned from their web site. She can log on from my work computer but not home address. WOW I really wish there was something legally I could do. Take my money and then when I complain that I did not get what was advertised ban my daughter. What a nice family company VFK is - they don't return emails (I have sent at least a dozen in the past 2 years and not one was every answered) and have left at least 10 voice messages over the past 2 years with no response. DOES ANY BODY KNOW A WAY TO CONTACT THEM, OR FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OR GET MY MONEY BACK??
