Would this help me get into a good college?

I am a rising sophomore and I have had a job for over a year as the IT consultant and personal assistant to the owner of a small clothing company. I have been offered a second job at a clothing company that is starting up. Many people also use me to help with their home computers. My father asked me if I would like to start a company and when I have enough clients, hire people to do my job and I would collect the leftover profit. I wanted to know how much having two jobs and/or starting your own company would look to a college. I have a 3.7 GPA and have 100 service hours but will have around 300 when I graduate. I am joining a school medical society, and I did half a year of Debate and I am in a club that celebrates my family's heritage. I am also taking the maximum nuber of credits allowed each year and I skipped a year of Spanish. I really want to go to NYU or Fordham... So what do you think? Also could I get a scholarship easily?
