Xbox order confirmation?

Recently my xbox 360 broke down and is need of repairs. I went on to the xbox support site and did all their crap like registering my xbox. When i was in the requesting repair process online there was an option to replace my xbox with another xbox. I was under the impression the replacement was new but i have a feeling it is going to be a refurbished one. My xbox is still under warranty so i guess i don't have to pay money. I finished the process and they gave me a service request number or something so i can check the status of my order. Its been a day and then some, and i still haven't received the order confirmation email. WHAT'S UP?!
