Starhub broadband help, please?

Currently I'm using Starhub Broadband plans for 24 months.. And I used my landlady's name, address, IC number, etc when I signed up.. Yesterday I lost the SIM Card in another country because somebody stole my handphone, but the modem is still here with me.. Now, Can I ask for replacement for the SIM Card ? If can, do I have to bring my landlady ? I don't have the receipt with me but I do have the warranty card.. What should I do ?
