Would love to find a clip I can't find for years.?

A couple years ago I saw a short clip about a man on the work place. He was pissed at the "popular" guy at his job, who was with the other coworkers in a corner laughing and drinking; apparently there was a party after work. The guy now, kept mumbling to himself and using his thumb and index-finger pretending to press the head of the popular guy, "popping" it. The third time he did it, the popular guy's head actually burst, and the girls in the corner started to scream. The man looked at his fingers and the words "Unleash the power within" or something like that came up afterwords. I really would like to find this clip, I won't be able to get it off my mind until I see it again.
